Lymphoedema Support Network (LSN) - Auckland
The Lymphoedema Support Network is an Auckland-based community support organisation providing information, a newsletter and regular public meetings that offer opportunities for those experiencing lymphoedema to get in touch with each other.
Meetings are held at Auckland Cancer Society (2 Boyle Crescent, Grafton - opposite Auckland Hospital) 4th Monday every two months (March, May, July, September and the AGM September). Time 7.30PM, all welcome. Parking available.

Palmerston North (Manawatu) Lymphoedema Support Group
Meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 5.30 at Addis House. For more information please email Jenny Collett.
Lymphoedema Education Sessions at Burwood Hospital, Christchurch
The monthly sessions are run by the Physiotherapy Department. There is a timetable for sessions but please call on (03) 383 6833 beforehand to register as classes can sometimes be cancelled at short notice.

Meets 2nd Tuesday, every three months from February 2019

‘Healthy Steps’ is a therapeutic exercise and movement class designed to stimulate your lymphatic system and boost your energy. Highly recommended during and following any cancer treatment. Family also welcome. There is a charge of $5 per class.
